These are the runners currently registered.  Runners can be registered by their manager emailing the race organisers or sending a text in the following format to the race director.  Team managers know the phone number and PIN.

“SEAC RELAY,PIN,Bib letter,Bib number,M or female,S or V,Y or N, Runner Name”
Seniors are Men under 40 and Women under 35, otherwise vet
Y or N is the texter’s choice of receiving text results for the runner and their team or not.

For example “SEAC RELAY,1234,A,12,F,S,Y,Jenny Racer”
