The first and last races start at 7:15pm, the other races start at 7:30pm.
For 2026 we will have a W75 age category and we are also going to trial veteran M50 and W50 teams of four runners. As for the existing teams no special registration is necessary, a runner can score for both their senior team and their vet team.
Teams are expected to declare their runners in their Googlesheet by 20:00 on the Friday after the race.
Runners’ age category is the one they are in for their first race in the league for that season. Any birthdays during the season should not change the category to ensure that all points earned in the League are within the same age category. As usual results will be posted here on the SEAC website.
